10.1 By vcity66. vcity66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) vcity66 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) vcity66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
10.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting vcity66 support. Closure does not relieve you of any outstanding wagering obligations. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
